REDUCING EMISSIONS - THE "ADDED POINTS" OF GLOBAL PLAYGROUND BUSINESS!
MinMax Green engages in dialogue with HTV News on the theme of Green Transition.
08 July 2024
During an exchange session with HTV news on the topic of Green Transformation, Ms. Tô Thị Hồng Điệp - Director of MinMax Joint Stock Company, stated: "The whole world is trending towards green and organic, and if Vietnamese businesses do not undergo transformation, we will not be able to keep up with the trend and will also face difficulties in the process of export and application of ESG - criteria related to the sustainable development of a business."
It is evident that in the global "Net Zero Emission" race, ESG and carbon credit are essential criteria and objectives that organizations and businesses need to actively transform.
Currently, many businesses in mandatory sectors have conducted greenhouse gas inventories, and some large businesses have enhanced their awareness, access to ESG, carbon credits, and actively implemented conversion activities to green their production, reduce emissions,... to assert their brand and position in the new trend!
In the context of the world moving towards the Net Zero target, the green trend is sweeping all industries, and reducing emissions also means that businesses are partnering with the government to protect the environment, as well as taking an important step to gain "added points" in the global playground. However, sustainability and "greening" will certainly be a long and challenging process for businesses!
